Enid Wilson, M.a. LMFT

Therapy for Adults, Couples, and Teens

Sacramento, CA

  • I support clients who struggle with dysregulation or relationships, especially related to the following:

    • Anxiety

    • Trauma

    • OCD / OCPD

    • Eating disorders

    • Attachment issues

    • Self-esteem

  • I am passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves and move forward from trauma or hurtful relationships with a sense of strength, self-confidence, and healthy relational skills. I believe in treating the whole human, rather than defining people by a diagnosis.

  • My practice is intentionally small and personal, meaning no admins or insurance accessing your information. Expect a high level of discretion and privacy in all aspects of your care.

Therapy in person in Sacramento, and Virtually throughout California

  • Standard sessions are 50 minutes. I offer extended 80-minute sessions as needed.

Clients usually start with weekly sessions for 6-8 weeks. We may reduce frequency to bi-weekly or monthly as needed.

  • Individuals: $200

    Couples: $225

I operate as a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance. This approach prioritizes your privacy and ensures that all clinical decisions—including the frequency and duration of your care—remain exclusively between us.

By working outside of insurance mandates, we avoid the requirement of a permanent mental health diagnosis, sharing of records, and the various treatment restrictions often imposed by third-party payers. This ensures your care is driven solely by your clinical needs and that sessions are completely confidential.
